Learn How to Use Your WhatsApp Account on Two Phones- WhatsApp introduced a new feature in April 2023 called companion mode, enabling users to connect up to four devices, including laptops and smartphones, to their WhatsApp account. Specifically, users can link up to two laptops and two smartphones using this feature.

This feature grants access to ongoing chats, as well as the ability to make audio and video calls. However, it's important to note that updates, status, and channels won't be accessible on secondary phones.

Here’s how to use your WhatsApp account on two phones:

Download or update WhatsApp to the latest version from the Google Play Store or the App Store for iPhones.

Open WhatsApp and select your preferred language.

Instead of entering your phone number, access the menu by tapping the top right corner.

Look for the 'link another device' option in the menu.

Click on 'link another device' to obtain a QR code.

Now, on your primary device, open WhatsApp and navigate to linked devices.

Choose 'Link a device' and scan the QR code displayed on your second mobile device.

If your primary phone isn't accessible, use 'link via phone number' on the second phone. Enter your primary number, and a unique code will appear.

Enter the unique code on your primary device.

Keep in mind that updates, status, and channels won't be accessible on secondary phones.

If you use WhatsApp Web then keep this setting on, no one will be able to peep
