Hero Motocorp, the world's leading vehicle manufacturer, has launched an online sales platform eSHOP for the sale of motorcycles and scooters. eSHOP fully digital - enables a seamless buying experience for customers. All the purchase-related information and functions have been done in one system so that customers can buy their favourite motorcycle or scooter directly from the company's website easily and transparently.

To avail the facility, customers can access eSHOP by visiting the company's official website, due to which you can shop online. The intuitive system then guides through all the relevant stages of decision making, vehicle buying and delivery - including the latest on-road price, live stock status, online document submission, instant dealer information, finance options, sales order preview and Confirmation, VIN allocation and delivery exist.

The product, variant, colour and city system selected by the customer displays the list of dealerships and SKU availability. Customers can then select the dealership and pay as per the convenience. Prices Ex-showroom and on-road are both presented with cost elements. The same, once the payment is made, the customer is provided with an e-receipt with a specific OTP number for verification. Once the verification in the system is complete, the selected dealer appoints a sales assistant. If the customer is interested, a retail finance option is also provided during the payment process. Sales support handles all queries of customers and guides them through the remaining steps such as documentation, finance, invoicing, registration and delivery (home delivery option).
