India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer company, Hero MotoCorp, has announced that it will launch its BS-6 bike in the market by the year 2020.
It is being told that Hero has started developing two-wheeler vehicles compatible with BS-6. Hero's goal will be to introduce vehicles with BS-6 standards before the official deadline of 2020. The company has said that it is starting to build BS 6 models before the deadline.
Hero MotoCorp Chairman, MD, and CEO Pawan Munjal said that keeping in mind this sentiment, we have started preparing to launch the BS 6 model. Munjal further stated that Hero MotoCorp works in 35 countries in Asia, Africa, South and Central America.
The company is also planning to start manufacturing in Bangladesh. Hero MotoCorp was one of the two-wheeler manufacturers in the country, which has already brought BS4 standards before the earlier deadline.
