New Delhi: A high alert has also been sounded in India after al Qaeda's mentor Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a US drone strike in Kabul, Afghanistan. According to sources in the intelligence agency, a high alert has been sounded in the wake of threats of terror attacks at several places. 11 terrorists of the terror outfit Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS),  who were recently arrested from Assam, are being questioned by Indian intelligence agencies.

According to sources, threats of terror attacks have been received at several places in the country. Since the death of al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri, the Taliban and al-Qaeda are feared to be active. Let us know that the US has attacked a house in Kabul with a drone and killed Ayman al-Zawahiri. It is being told that Zawahiri was on the balcony when the attack took place. According to the report, the son and son-in-law of Taliban leader Sirajuddin Haqqani were also killed in this US drone strike.  

The house in which Zawahiri was hiding is also being told that of someone special in Haqqani. At the same time, it has also come to light that Pakistan Army Chief Qamar Javed Bajwa had spoken to the US in the past. He urged the US to get funds from the IMF. The ISI chief also visited the US recently. In such a situation, it is being said that Zawahiri has been killed because of Pakistan's informer.
