Allahabad High Court has given a big blow to Rampur MP Mohammad Azam Khan, his wife Tanzin Fatima and son Mohammad Abdullah Azam Khan. The High Court has refused to quash the trial and charge sheet in the Rampur court against them for making fake birth certificates.

This order has been given by Justice Manjoorani Chauhan on the petition of Mohammad Azam Khan and two others. The court has cited the Supreme Court's decision that prima facie there is sufficient basis for criminal prosecution in the charge sheet. In such a situation there is no justification for quashing the case. The court has also said that any person has the right to register an FIR for the crime. If the charge sheet makes a prima facie criminal case, the evidence of the charge will be considered at the time of trial.

Apart from this, he said that if a criminal is happening at first sight then the court cannot interfere. This decision of the court may increase the difficulties of Azam Khan's family. Abdullah Azam Khan studied in high school, intermediate, B.Tech and M.Tech, in which January 1, 1993, is the date of birth. A birth certificate was made on 28 June 2012 from the Rampur Nagar Palika Parishad of Abdullah Azam Khan and the date of birth was made on 30 September 1990, making changes. Municipal Council Lucknow was re-created in 2015 on 30 September 1990, without canceling it.
