New Delhi: Amid the corona crisis, a number of cases are coming up from the country day in and day out. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh are present at the meeting. According to sources, Rajnath Singh is reporting the situation thereafter returning from LAC. However, no clarity has been given so far on what is the main agenda of the meeting.

It is being said that the meeting is likely to discuss the drone attack in Jammu and Kashmir. In Jammu and Kashmir, all security institutions have been put on alert following the attack on the Air Force Base. After concluding his three-day visit to Ladakh, the Defence Minister has reached Delhi. The drone attack took place in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday and the Defence Minister was keeping a close watch on it from Ladakh itself. The government has handed over the probe into the drone attack at Jammu Air Force Station to NIA.

On the other hand, a special police officer Fayaz Ahmed Bhat and his wife were shot dead by terrorists in Pulwama town of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday night. His 21-year-old daughter Rafia, who was injured in the attack, also succumbed to her injuries around 4 am on Monday. According to media reports, terrorists of the attacker Jaish-e-Mohammed did not even show mercy on Fayaz's 10-month-old grandson and slammed him to the ground.
