Havildar Shambhu Kumar of Koilwar police station said, "One person has died after being hit by a tractor. One person was seriously injured. The tractor driver fled from the spot after the incident. Police have sent the body for post-mortem.'' Police are investigating the whole matter. Ravi Ranjan Kumar, a doctor at Arrah Sadar Hospital, who is conducting the post-mortem of the deceased's body, said, "A man was brought dead in a road accident. He had a very serious head injury. This has led to his death. At present, the post-mortem of the body has been done and the report is being prepared."
