Patna: The BJP has given an ultimatum to the Nitish Kumar government that if it does not provide 10 lakh government jobs by December 13, it will not allow the winter session of the Bihar Legislative Assembly to run smoothly. Bihar BJP State President Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal on Tuesday announced his party's support to CTET-BTET candidates, who have been wandering from door to door for government teacher jobs for the past several years.

Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal said that BJP is now going to raise the issue of CTET-BTET candidates and if the state government does not give them jobs till December 13, we will not allow the assembly to run. Sanjay Jaiswal said that both Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi Yadav will have to answer on the issue of giving government jobs to the unemployed. He asked the question on what basis Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi had promised to give 10 lakh government jobs, it should be told. He said that BJP is not surprised that Tejashwi Yadav could not do this as he had made a false promise.

Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav gave a new twist to BJP's ultimatum to the state government to provide government jobs in the state. He said that the BJP's ultimatum on the issue of government jobs is a welcome step that the BJP has finally accepted the agenda of providing jobs to the unemployed in the country. Tejashwi Yadav said, 'It is a welcome step that till now BJP was doing only divisive politics and politics of hatred and violence. Now it has been decided to work on the agenda of giving jobs to the unemployed.'
