Other athletes, including junior world winning athlete Hima Das, have questioned the variety of food being offered at the Galas Hostel in NIS Patiala. This is not the first case when NIS is on target. Hima himself placed the case with Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju and Sports Authority of India officers through a virtual meeting.

Thereafter, the Sports Authority of India (SAI) has not only constituted a committee for proper food testing but also issued helpline numbers for the convenience of the players. The sources suggest that Hima had made a compound before the Areports Minister and the Sports Authority of India to get nails in the food, and not to arrange for cleanliness. However, this is not the first case when athletes have made a compound about food.

According to media reports, the athletes have made a compound to end the meal before 8.30 pm. This compound has been inscribed in the existing register by the athlete. The sources even suggest that after hima's compound, sports authority of India officers have prepared to drop the gauze on two assistantdhatinists. The Sports Authority of India has reported that the compound of Hima in The month of August has been redressed. Hima himself is now satisfied with the variety of food.
