New Delhi: A petition has been filed in the apex court regarding the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra and the mismatch for power. Pramod Joshi of the Akhil Hindu Mahasabha has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the alliance between Shiv Sena, NCP, and Congress. The petitioner says that the post-election alliance between Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress is unconstitutional and should not be allowed to form CM from this alliance.

Before the formation of the government in Maharashtra, the Congress party wants a promise from the Shiv Sena on secularism. According to sources, Congress wants Shiv Sena to promise a soft Hindutva instead of a hardline Hindutva image. Meanwhile, there will be a meeting of Congress and NCP leaders in Delhi on the 17th, in which the conditions for going with Shiv Sena will be discussed. After that, there will be a meeting of senior leaders of Congress, Shiv Sena and NCP in which the commitment to form the government and Shiv Sena on secularism will be discussed.

According to sources, if Shiv Sena commits, only then Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress government will be formed in Maharashtra. By this evening, the Congress delegation will report to Sonia Gandhi to form the government in Maharashtra and talks with NCP.
