Kanpur: Six days of violence have passed in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur and the atmosphere is peaceful. Meanwhile, residents of Chandreshwar Hata of Nai Sadak, the main area of the Kanpur violence, have put up a poster. The poster has a picture of Lord Narasimha, the incarnation of Lord Vishnu, and it reads, "No escape, Only Valour." Chandreshwar Hata is the same area where stone pelting started last Friday.

Even during the violence on Friday, the stone-pelting started in Chandreshwar Hata itself. After which the people living in the Hata area had accused the people of another community of conspiracy. The area of Kanpur, where stone-pelting took place on June 3, the Chandreshwar Hata where people were targeted, is now changing. This poster is a testimony to the same changing picture, on which it is written - Won't flee, but will do valour. The fear that was shown to the people of Chandreshwar Hata through the violence has begun to be unfazed by Chandreshwar Hata. The main target of violence in the New Road area was the Chandreshwar Hata area. This is where the first stone-pelting began.

After the stone pelting and tension, the families living here had alleged that the land mafias of another community had indulged in violence on June 3 to grab their land worth billions of rupees. There was heavy stone pelting on this Chandreshwar Hata from the nearby high-rise buildings. The faces of the stone-pelters have also been captured in CCTV. On Wednesday, Chandreshwar had reached the bulldozer in the weather area. From there, the stones used in the violence were removed with the help of bulldozers and trucks. A total of 54 people have been arrested by the police amid questions about the violence. Posters with pictures of the rioters are being released and they are being identified.

The main accused, Zafar Hayat Hashmi, is also in the custody of the police, but so far many questions have not been answered. The police are trying to get a 14-day remand of Zafar Hayat Hashmi and three other accused. But the matter is in the court, on which a decision can be taken in a day or two,  and there are many challenges before the police. The biggest challenge after the PFI link has come out is to solve the knot of this connection. On a large scale, as the violence took place on June 3, there seems to be a larger conspiracy somewhere. The names of several minors have also come up in the Kanpur violence. One of the minors also surrendered at the police station two days ago.
