New Delhi: A big relief news has emerged for the migrant laborers, students and tourists stranded in different parts of the country. The Railway Ministry is going to operate a special train for such people to reach their destination. Following the directions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Railways has decided to start such special trains at the request of the state government.

However, it is to be kept in mind that these trains will run absolutely point to point, that is, fix from one place to another. Both the states will request the Railway Ministry for such trains. Only after the approval of these two states, the Railway Ministry will run special trains of this type. By both state governments, it means that the state from which laborers students or tourists have to leave and the other state where they have to reach. If both these states agree, then the Ministry of Railways will run special trains as per the protocol.

Railways has clearly stated in this that both the states will have to request the railways for this, both the state governments of which state the people have to send from here and the state in which the people have to be transported. Railways will follow all the guidelines during the journey which includes social distancing. Along with this, Railways will also provide food in long-distance trains.
