Use turmeric- For this, apply a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder on the gums and rub it after 5 minutes. Then do it twice a day. There will be benefits. Apart from this, take one teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of mustard oil and mix and apply it on the gums. After applying it, leave it like this for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it with water later. Do this twice a week.

Salt- Pour half a teaspoon of salt into half a glass of warm water and flush it with water two-three times a day. Let me tell you that salt eliminates germs and reduces inflammation.

Baking soda- Baking soda has the power to eliminate bacteria. You can apply baking soda as a paste on the gums and if you want, you can also add turmeric to it.
