A 26-year-old girl named Shradha meets a boy named Aftab, falls in love, and then decides to move in with him against her own parents’ wish. The girl is killed by her own live-in partner who chops off her body into 35 pieces. The accused roams around the city for over 18 nights to dispose of the body parts at different places in Delhi. The news came as a shock for all people. People from all over the country are condemning the gruesome murder. Various politician also condemns the murder.

She tweeted, "NO WORDS for how horrifying, gruesome & tragic this case is. My heart goes out to this poor girl-awful betrayal by someone she loved & trusted. Hope the police speedily conclude their investigation & hope this monster gets the harshest punishment he thoroughly deserves. (broken heart emoji)." She is the first celebrity who condemns the case.
According to the police, the murder take place after an argument between the accused Aftab and Shradha on May 18. She was shouting, therefore, in order to silence her., Aftab pressed Shradha's face due to which she choked to death. In order to hide this horrific crime. Aftab chopped off her body into 35 pieces and continued disposing of them for 18 days in different parts across the city in order to hides his crime.
