Method :
To prepare this tasty recipe, wash the chilli and capsicum thoroughly with water, then center the green chillies in length and diced the capsicum. Take a deep-bottomed pan and boil water by placing it on medium gas. Now chilli this hot

Put in water for one minute. After 1 minute take them out and wash them thoroughly with cold water.

Take 1 large bowl and grind the cheese and cheese in it. If you do not have cheese available, you can also use cheese only

Add white pepper powder, black pepper and parsley with grated capsicum, jalpano and chili flakes in this mixture.

Stuff the peppers with this mixture and keep them aside.

Now take a bowl and mix gram flour in it. Make this mixture somewhat thick so that when the chilli is dipped in it, it will stick well while covering the chili. Now add the sawdust to a separate bowl and keep it aside.

Take a pan and let it heat on medium flame. Now heat oil to fry it. During this time, take the stuffed peppers and dip them well in the batter and then the bread crumbs. When the oil becomes hot enough, carefully pour these stuffed chillies into the pan and fry them till they turn golden brown.

After it fry well, take them out in a plate. Put tissue paper in this plate beforehand as it will absorb the extra oil. Now serve them hot with green and red chutney.
