Material
Spinach chopped 

Bread crumbs

Ginger- 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)

Green chillies finely chopped 

Cumin powder -

1/2 tsp chaat masala powder

1 / 2 tsp rice flour

1/3 cup onion

1/4 cup lemon juice

salt - as per taste 

Oil

Method

Take finely chopped spinach in a large bowl, add mint, onion, ginger and green pepper,  add all the spices and rice flour and knead the dough well.

Making small balls from this dough

Heat the oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot well,  deep-fry these dough balls.

Now your bread spinach vada is ready, serve it with ketchup.
