Necessary Ingredients

Urad Dal - 150 grams

Moong Dal - 50 grams

Raisins

Cashew - finely chopped

Khoya - two big spoon

Curd - 4 cups

Green chilli - two

Corriander

Roasted Cumin Powder - 2 Tbsp

Chaat Masala - two small spoon

Sweet chutney - 1 cup

Green chutney - 1 cup

Oil

Salt - as per taste

Step 1
A day before making yoghurt, let the urad and moong dal be soaked overnight. After this, grind urad and moong dal next day. Take special care that the lentils are not too wet. After this, mix salt, coriander leaves, chillies, raisins and cashews in the lentils. After mixing, whisk this paste well.

Step 2
Now you have to add brown sugar to the khoya and keep it on the side for some time. After this, take a cotton cloth and after wetting, squeeze and spread it well. After this, make a small dough from the dal solution and fill a little khoya in the middle. Then fold it well and give the shape of Gujiya. After giving the shape of Gujiya, you have to keep it in a wet cloth. In this way, make Gujiya from the remaining pulse solution.

Step 3
Then heat the oil in the pan. Now fry Gujiya in this oil. Keep the fried Gujiya in a vessel filled with water, separate the dips. After frying Gujiya, take curd in a vessel and churn it well. After this, mix black salt and roasted cumin in yoghurt. After this take the Gujiya out of the water and dip it in the curd. Keep it in the fridge for some time, add green chutney.
