Curd is very beneficial for human stomach. Along with cooling the stomach, it also helps in digesting food. You must have seen that people use fermentation to make curd. If you add a little bit of sourdough to the milk, the milk turns into curd. Curd can also be stored without sourdough. oday we are going to tell you the way to make curd. For this you will need

Chilli.

Boiled milk: 200 - 300 ml
Green chili: 2

To set curd without sourdough, first of all, put milk on the gas. After this, turn off the gas. Now keep the milk to cool down at room temperature.

If there is no sourdough at home, then take milk in a bowl. Add 2 green chilies, including the stems. Immerse the chillies completely in milk.

Now cover this bowl and keep it for ten to twelve hours.

Now take the milk which contains the curd. The milk should be lukewarm.

Mix one spoon mixture of the prepared mixture to this milk. Try to freeze yogurt in casserole. This is because the heat will help to make the curd.

Now after six hours, remove the casserole lid. Now your creamy curd is ready.
