Ingredients to make Ginger Barfi
Ginger - 200 grams
Sugar - 300 grams
Ghee - 2 tsp
Cardamom - 10 grains

First step
First, clean the ginger thoroughly. After that ginger should be cut into thick pieces. After this, mix some pieces of milk in the mixer and grind it well.

Second step
Place a pan on the stove and allow it to heat properly. Once the pan is hot, add ghee to it and let it heat up. After the ghee becomes hot, add ginger paste. Now cook it on a medium flame for five minutes.

Third step
In the third step, you add sugar to it. Keep in mind that you have to keep it running continuously, otherwise your paste will burn. After the sugar melts, add cardamom to it. After adding cardamom, cook it till it thickens. When the paste becomes thick, reduce the flame to low. Take care that the paste does not become too thick.

Fourth step
After this, you have to take a plate and spread a butter paper on it. Then you put some ghee on the butter paper. Now spread the ginger paste in this plate.

Fifth step
Now wait for the mixture to cool down in the last step. Once the mixture cools down, cut it into small pieces. You can also use a freeze to cool this mixture. When it cools, cut it into square shapes. In these five simple steps, your barfi is completely prepared.

This wonderful barfi of ginger does not go bad for two months. However, keep in mind that you have to store this barfi in an airtight container.
