Now you don't need to go to a hotel or restaurant to eat your favourite Dal Makhani. You can make such delicious Dal Makhani at home. So let us tell you how to make Hotel like Dal Makhani at home.

Main Ingredients: -
1 cup soaked overnight urad dal 
1 cup soaked red beans overnight
Chopped onion in 1 cup cube
1 cup pureed tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Salt as required
3 - Green Chillies
For garnishing
1 tablespoon fresh cream

First of all heat the cooker and add black urad dal, rajma and add water and let it cook. Once the water starts boiling, add salt, turmeric and mustard oil to it. Cook the lentils on low heat for 7-8 whistles. After this, pour oil in a separate pan and let it warm for a while. Add grounded garlic, ginger paste in hot oil and fry it for 20-30 seconds. Now put dry onion in the pan and sauté it. Add cumin seeds to it and fry till the onion turns light brown. After this, add tomato puree to the roasted ingredients and let it warm for 3-4 minutes. Now add green chili, coriander and red chili powder and cook for 2 minutes, until the oil separates. Turn off the gas when masala is formed. After the pulses have 7-8 whistles, remove the lid of the cooker and add the lentils to the cooked spices. If you prefer, add butter to the lentils. Your Dal Makhani is ready.
