material
Cauliflower - one
Thick curd - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala Powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Celery - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri Methi - 1 tsp
Gram flour - 3 tsp
Oil - As required
Salt - as per taste
Method-
Cut the cabbage buds and wash them thoroughly and cook in steam for 4 to 5 minutes. Actually, by cooking the cabbage in steam, the spices get better. Take out the steamed cabbage in a large bowl. Put all the ingredients except oil in that bowl and mix it gently with hands. Cover the bowl and leave it for 1/2 hour. Heat the oil in the pan as required and put the cauliflower pieces in it. Cook it for a few minutes on medium gas. Take out the fried cauliflower in a bowl. After this, heat 1 small piece of coal. When the coal turns red enough, put it in a steel bowl. Then keep this bowl in the middle of a bowl containing tandoori cabbage. Add 1 tsp ghee to the bowl and cover the bowl for 1 minute. By doing this process, the flavor of coal will go into the cabbage. In the last, serve the tandoori cabbage on a serving plate. You can serve it with green chutney and onion rings.
