In the Disproportionate Assets (DA) case the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh and his wife Pratibha Singh can appear in front of the Patiala House Court in their connection with it.
The special court along with other accused had summoned them.Earlier, Pratibha Singh withdrew her plea, which had alleged that the CBI hadn't obtained permission from the state government to procure documents used to prepare the charge sheet.
