HRD ministry conducts seminar to boost education in Hyderabad

Various departments are coming forward to boost education among children like the Human Resource Development ministry department of Andhra Pradesh Government along with Kovida Limited contribute in it. On Monday there was a seminar conducted by "System Strengthening for Quality Education and Skills" at the state Secretariat.

The one-day seminar was conducted to improve the quality of education from basic to higher levels and to impart skills such that Indian youth would be prepared for the 21st-century opportunities and challenges.

The organizers opine that system strengthening can be achieved through:

- Enhancing capacity building of personnel

- Enhancing delivery capacity

- Improving statutory regulations

- Ensuring coordination, cooperation, and team building

- Increasing analytical capacity to improve system efficiency and delivery.
  They also set various  objectives like : 

- Improving Human Development Index (HDI) through education and skills.

- Convergence of policies and programs for productivity.

- Restructuring and strengthening district education administration.

-- Implementation strategies for connected departments for achieving outcomes and field impacts.

- Improving education standards, skills, student streaming at secondary stage into college and career pathways.

- Ensuring primary school readiness for most marginalized children.

- Promote, drive and achieve district economic development through education, skills, and          entrepreneurship.

Senior officials of HRD Ministry and other concerned departments also attended the seminar.
