Bollywood Rockstar Ranbir Kapoor had an interesting Twitter chat session with his fans where he disclosed a lot of surprising facts about himself, that many of you strength were not aware of. And that included the first movie that was ever offered to him. As we all know Ranbir Kapoor had made his debut in Saawariya back in 2007 (along with Sonam Kapoor). But being a star kid, we are pretty sure that he might have got a lot of offers to launch him as a hero before. But the movie that Ranbir revealed the first project ever offered to him surprised the hell out of us.
It was Fiza. This 2000 movie was Hrithik Roshan's second film as the lead and marked the directorial debut of critic Khalid Mohammed. So it is intriguing that the movie was first offered to Ranbir Kapoor, who is eight years younger to Hrithik. So was he offered Hrithik's role in the movie or some other character
Actually, this is not the first time Ranbir Kapoor has disclosed this fact. In an earlier interview to Khalid Mohammed himself, Ranbir had reminded that he had offered him Fiza. He had said, "Funny, you should ask me this Uncle. You offered me Fiza. I didn’t know whether I wanted to become an actor or director then." So most probably he was offered Hrithik's role, which makes sense since the character plays Karisma Kapoor's (who was Fiza) younger brother in the movie, who gets lost in the riots and becomes a terrorist later. For the ignorant, Ranbir and Karisma are paternal cousins.
