Human nature is divided in between Ego and True self

We always feel that we are truthful, we are at peace but is it really?
Apart from being at peace, many people become restless. IT is not we or out physical problems which makes us restless. Instead, it is our mind who gets restless. It gets influenced by countless outside influences. It becomes unstable by unending demands of "I " Me" Mine ", gets agitated quickly and seeks validity and love from outside, leading to confusion and restlessness.

YOU ARE NOT THE MIND
The true self is not the mind, your True Self is the soul. It is certain and clear about things, is stable and is driven by a deep sense of truth. It is at peace with itself and full of love and always sweet like sugar. The mind is your everyday ego self, stirred by thoughts which are sometimes bitter sometimes sweet.

WHY DOES MIND GET RESTLESS?
It gets shaken by the desires of senses, the desires of the body. The wind of desires stirs the "MIND " and " ME".
ME is the ego-self, it's not the True Self but only a reflection of the True self and reflections are shaky, hence ME AND MIND shake and become restless

THE TRUE SELF IS STILL AND AT PEACE
The True
self stands beyond all desires of the mind, aware, witnesses the changes, but is "still " and at peace. The mind " everyday self "or "the ego self " gets entangled in and gets stirred by thoughts, emotions, and desires creating changing mind reflections of pleasure and pain, calmness, and restlessness.

HUMAN NATURE IS DIVIDED BETWEEN TRUE SELF AND EGO SELF
During some moments you feel secure, accepted, content and peaceful and certain. At those moments, you are experiencing the true self. At other moments, you experience the opposite, you feel restless, stressed, insecure, doubtful, afraid and confused, then you are in the grip of the everyday self or the ego-self.
