The Directorate of Education, Government of Manipur has announced the vacancies for various teaching and administrative post.

Name of the post:

Primary Teacher: 489

Upper Primary Teacher: 455

Graduate Teacher: 307

Multi Tasking Staff: 193

Office Assistant: 178

Educational qualification:

Primary Teacher: Class 12 pass with at least 50 percent marks and a two-year diploma in elementary education/Bachelor of Elementary Education. All the candidates need to have a qualifying score in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by state government or any recognised agency approved by NCTE.

Office Assistant: graduate from a recognised university/institute with knowledge of Microsoft Office with an English typing speed of 30 words per minute.

Multi Tasking Staff: Class 10 pass from a recognised board/institute. For all other posts, candidates are requested to check the notification available on official website.

Age limit: All the candidates should not exceed the upper age limit of 38 years.

For General/OBC category -Rs 500

For SC/ST category -Rs 250.
