Nowadays the cases of increasing crime are shocking for everyone. In such a case, the matter that has recently come up is of Bijnor. In this case,  A woman got divorced when she complained about molestation by brother of his husband.The husband gave her three divorces and drove her out of the house and at the same time beat her and injured her. In this case, it is being told that Mehraj son Yasin, a resident of Shikarpur, who went to the village of Seohara police station area of Bijnor, gave his wife Triple Talaq.

While talking about this matter, the victim said that "Her husband Mehraj works in Panipat. His elder and younger brother used to molest her in the absence of her husband. Today on the phone, the victim told all the things to her husband. Mehraj returned to his home from Panipat, who, while assaulting, gave the wife three divorces. After this, the victim was also removed from her home with an eight-month-old girl.

Now, in this case, the police have registered case against Mehraj, his brothers Azam, Bhura and Aftab under the Dowry Act and Triple sections.

By the way, Triple Talaq have been included in the category of a crime, but still there is no restriction in its cases, the cases of crime are coming up every day which are surprising.
