Lucknow: A shocking case has come to light in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. Here, about 12 years ago, the husband spent 11 days in jail for kidnapping and killing his wife. At the same time, the wife was found at the lover's house with 3 daughters. The accused husband went to court for 12 years on charges of killing his wife. In the case filed, the high court was also going to pronounce the sentence, but before that, the woman was found alive.

The incident took place in the Chaudharana Aliganar locality of the Jais Kotwali area. Manoj Kumar was married to Seema, a resident of Raghuraj Singh Akauna village under the Bhadokhar police station area, in 2009. The woman lived with her husband in her in-laws' house. In the meantime, she started having an affair with a young man from the same colony. On March 25, 2011, the woman fled with jewelry and cash from the house with her lover. Suddenly, when his wife went missing, Manoj reported the disappearance to the legitimate Kotwali. At the same time, Seema's parents filed an application in the court alleging that the daughter was kidnapped and murdered by her in-laws.

The court, while hearing the case, ordered to register a case against the husband and mother-in-law. On the court's order, a case was also registered in Jais Kotwali. After the notice issued by the court, Manoj appeared in the court and was put in jail for 11 days. After this, the hearing of the case was going on in the court. The court was scheduled to pronounce the quantum of sentence on the convict at the end of January 2023.

Meanwhile, on January 11, husband Manoj came to know that his wife was living with her lover in her maternal home. After this, he reached the in-laws' house with the police of Bhadokhar police station and saw that the wife was living with her three daughters and lover. Seeing this scene, the ground slipped under Manoj's feet. The wife, whose false murder case he visited the court for 12 years, is alive. In this case, Jais Kotwali in-charge said that if they receive any such complaint, then action will be taken after conducting an inquiry.
