The sale of Hyundai Creta has started in the Indian market. This SUV is available with 5-seats. However, now the Creta family is going to expand to the 7-seater version next year. Now the news is coming that Hyundai will not take its new 7-seater model name but any other name. The company has chosen a different name for it and it will be positioned above the 5-seater Creta.

The name and three-line seating will not be the only point for the new Creta derivatives. In the international market, this model has been seen many times during testing. In the new model, the company will make many changes in the front and rear profiles. The 7-seater Creta can be renamed Hyundai Alcazar. In the international market also, this 7-seater vehicle of Hyundai can be launched with the same name. Recently Hyundai has given the trademark Alcazar name for its next SUV in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The Alcazar trademark is registered under Class 12 of the Trademark Classification in India. Class 12 basically stands for equipment for move by land, water and air. In the goods and service classification for the trademark is mentioned as SUV class automobile.

The design of the new 7-seater Creta will be new fresh and it can be given radiator grille and scuff plate in the front. A big design change can be seen in the rear. Redesigned tail lamps with upright stance can be given at the tailgate. It will be much larger than the regular Creta. In the Indian market, the company can also provide the same engine that is being given in Hyundai Creat. With the 7-seater version, this vehicle will give a tough competition to MG Hector Plus and Tata Gravitas. Talking about the prices, the company can keep its estimated price around 1 lakh rupees more than the Creta.
