New Delhi: Hyundai Elite i20 has not yet been officially launched, but according to media reports, the prices of its BS6 variants have come at dealers. At the same time, the price of BS6 Elite i20 is being considered between Rs 6.49 lakh and Rs 8.30 lakh. The Elite i20, which comes with BS6 engine, is available with only 1.2 liter petrol engine. This engine generates 82bhp power and 115Nm torque, while its engine is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission. The Elite i20 has four trim levels - Magna Plus, Sportz Plus, Sportz Plus DT and Asta (O). These trims come with CVT transmission and its Era trim has been discontinued.

Hyundai seems likely to discontinue the 1.4-liter diesel variant out of its Elite i20 and this engine generates 89 bhp of power and 220 Nm of torque. The engines are equipped with a 6-speed manual transmission, it comes with a CVT unit. Which 1.4 liter diesel motor can be replaced with 1.5 liter diesel engine with Kia and it can be launched in this vehicle soon. At the same time, the company will tune the engine slightly.

Hyundai's third-generation premium hatchback i20 will be introduced at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show in March. Since it has been tested in India. Hyundai's latest design language will be given as features in the new generation i20. It will look more sporty and flamboyant than before. Its roofline will be 24mm lower and it will look longer than the current model, but the entire length will be increased to only 5mm and its wheelbase can be increased by 10mm. At the same time, in the third generation i20, the company is offering 10.25 inch digital instrument cluster. In the upcoming model in India, the company can offer semi-digital instrument cluster.
