The Hyundai motors one again coming into Indian market with spacious 7 seater SUV Alcazar . Company will reportedly make its debut on April 6, 2021. For your information let us share that It was only last month that Hyundai Motor India had unveiled the 7-seater SUV's name and announced that the Alcazar will be 'Made in India' and 'Made First for India'. The Hyundai Alcazar will be based on the popular Hyundai Creta. Both SUVs are expected to have a lot in common.
Talking about the Alcazar, The Hyundai Alcazar will reportedly have the same engine and transmission options that we find in the Hyundai Creta. The largest-selling mid-size SUV in India gets three powertrain options -- 1.4-litre Kappa Turbo-GDi petrol (140PS and 242Nm) with a 7-speed DCT automatic, 1.5-litre MPi petrol (115PS and 144Nm) with 6-speed MT/IVT automatic and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel (115PS and 250Nm) with 6-speed MT/6-speed AT.This spacious SUV’s front profile will be inspired by that of the Creta. However, we might see a different set of alloy wheels and restyled tail lamps. The Alcazar's rear overhang will be longer to accommodate the third row of seats. Hyundai Motor India will offer the Alcazar in both 6-seater and 7-seater variants.
However, here it is to be noted that the Alcazar 6-seater will have captain seats in the middle row. Talking about the comfort creatures inside the cabin, we are expecting the Hyundai Alcazar to be equipped with an Apple CarPlay and Android Auto-ready touchscreen infotainment system, multi-zone automatic climate control, wireless charger, ventilated seats and panoramic sunroof, among others.
