Bhopal: Senior BJP leader and former minister Deepak Joshi, son of Kailash Joshi, who is known as a saint of politics, joined the Congress today. After taking membership of Congress, Deepak Joshi said that when my father contested the first election, he was in his mother's womb, since then till now he fought from the same seat for 40 years. I also did student politics in a clean manner. People say that Kamal Nath is a capitalist, his son increases his capital. Kamal Nath is increasing his father's capital. My father's capital was honesty. 

While making a big announcement, Deepak Joshi said that he will not contest from the seat where Congress already has a worker and MLA. Taking a dig at Chief Minister Shivraj, he said that I am the player of that pitch on which Shivraj has been a zero and I have been a hero. Praising Kamal Nath, Joshi said that Kamal Nath ji allotted the land for Kailash Joshi ji memorial in 3 minutes. Joshi said that I did not complain to anyone after losing the election. There has been a lot of change in BJP since 2018. I had no one to listen to me in BJP. For the last 2 years, Kailash was demanding Joshi's memorial. I am the lamp of Jansangh.

Joshi further said that I am not the brother of the Chief Minister, even if he believes me. Talking about scams, no one is ready to listen. I know about the pitch of Shivraj Singh Chouhan, on which ball his gills will scatter. I know him very well. If, Kamal Nath ji says, just a hint, then I will bring that wicket which the Congress party is looking for as a Congress candidate in Budhni Maidan.
