Patna: The courage of criminals in Bihar can be gauged from the fact that the judge who issued a non-bailable warrant was threatened with death by the criminals. The criminals have written a threat letter to the Chief Judicial Magistrate. After receiving the letter, Chief Judicial Magistrate's GR Clerk Nagesh Mohan Sinha lodged a written complaint with the city police station with the name of the culprit who wrote the letter. Since the case was registered on December 7, the police have not been able to arrest the culprit who threatened her so far.

The name of the person who sent the death threat letter to the Chief Judicial Magistrate is said to be Shaligram Kanojia. On November 22, the CJM court received a threat letter through the post. In the letter, Chief Judicial Magistrate Rumpa Kumari was threatened with death if a non-bailable warrant was issued. After receiving the death threat, CJM Rumpa Kumari had given a written complaint to Begusarai SP Yogendra Kumar. Subsequently, on December 7, Nagesh Mohan Sinha, GR clerk of the CJM court, lodged a written complaint against Shaligram Kanojia at the city police station.

On receipt of the complaint, a case was registered against Shaligram Kanojia under sections 188, 353, and 506 of the IPC. The complaint was lodged on December 7 in connection with the threat. Even after 4 days of the complaint, the police are still empty-handed. The city police station president said that the police are investigating the case. Soon the culprit who threatened will be arrested.
