A brave hearted, IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman will soon release by Pakistan at the Wagah-Attari border. More than an hours before his release a medical checkup and other formalities has been done by Pakistan. For security reason and to keep the crowds away, an elaborate flag-lowering ceremony at the Wagah crossing between Indian and Pakistani soldiers, which draws thousands of spectators on both sides, was cancelled by India however Pakistan still continues it on other side, alone. Form an hours ago, here visuals of armoured cars and ambulances drawing up on the Indian side of the Wagah crossing. A huge folk of nation and family members of commnader along with many top authorities are gather to salute and welcome Wing commander.

Nation is on high JOSH to welcome Wing Commander. As per source report it’s supposed that after receiving of brave commander he will be take off to Amritsar airbase, Punjab and then will take off to Delhi.

However, it is must be noted that India wanted to bring back the captured IAF pilot by a special flight from Islamabad, but was denied permission. Pakistan communicated to India late on Thursday night that he would be handed over through the Wagah-Attari border. Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman, captured by Pakistan on Wednesday. Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman engaged in an air duel with one of the 24 Pakistani jets that attempted air strikes across the Line of Control on Wednesday and shot down a F-16 before his jet crashed and he was forced to eject.

 People had been waiting since morning, shouting slogans of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai", singing patriotic songs, beating drums and carrying Indian flags. Some carried garlands in the hope of meeting the pilot.
