According to IBM, the new centre will focus on Business Process Operations across various domains, including finance and accounting, procurement and supply chain, human resources and recruiting, and industry-specific processes such as risk and compliance. IBM Consulting will use this facility to help customers accomplish their digital transformation goals by utilising talent and IBM's extensive capabilities in process re-engineering, analytics, and technology, according to the company.
The IBM Garage, a collaborative approach to fast-tracking innovation and driving meaningful, long-term transformation, will have dedicated workspaces in the new facility.
