Nowadays everyone loves fast food very much. It is considered very common that fast foods like burgers do not spoil quickly. The same thing has been observed in the European country Iceland. Burgers and fries kept here for 10 years are still found safe and eatable. The special thing is that people from all over the world come here to see it and they are surprised to see why it has not deteriorated for so many years.

In fact, 10 years ago, in 2009, there was an economic downturn in Iceland, due to which McDonald's had closed three of its stores. One of these stores is also in the capital city of Reykavik. The person named Jorter Marasan bought the burger and fries for the last time from this on 31 October 2009 and it was kept safe.

According to the information received, the burger and fries are currently kept in a glass jar in a room in the hostel of Snotra House in southern Iceland. The owner of the same hostel, Sigi Sigurdur, has said that the burger and fries are very old. But surprisingly, they are still safe. This burger and fries have become quite popular on social media too. According to Sigi Sigurdur, every day around four lakh people see this unique burger and fries on the website.

Experts say that Björn Adalbjörnsson, senior lecturer in food science at the University of Iceland, has given the reason for the burger not to be spoiled yet, it does not contain moisture. This is the reason why this burger and fries remain edible till now.
