In the last few years, the reach of banking services to the rural areas of the country has increased. People in remote areas also use UPI services today. ICICI Bank has tied up with Common Service Centers (CSC) to expand its reach to villages and remote towns. CSC e-Governance Services India and ICICI Bank have issued a joint statement saying that under this agreement, the bank will associate CSCs working in remote areas as banking correspondents.

With this, withdrawal of money and transfer of money to another account will also be possible. Apart from this, you will also get facilities like an investment in the bank's term deposit schemes and low-value loans. The bank has stated that it is a technology-driven bank. Therefore, under this agreement, it will allow CSC to use its technology. With the technology of the bank, banks will be able to expand their services. More than 85000 people work in this bank.
