ICICI Bank earlier introduced WhatsApp banking service for its customers. Under this, users get information on savings account balance, last 3 transactions, credit card limit and pre-approved loan. Apart from this, users can also block credit or debit cards under this service.

How to use WhatsApp banking service
To use this service, customers have to save this number 9324953001 on their mobile. After this, you will have to message by writing Hi to this number from your mobile and now the mobile number will be registered. Here the bank will inform customers about the existing facilities. Customers will have to type and message the facility about which they want to get information. After this, they will get complete information.
