The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) targeted the residence of Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas' Political Bureau head, in Gaza. The IDF stated that the house was utilized for terrorist activities and served as a meeting point for senior Hamas leaders to coordinate attacks against Israel.

Additionally, the IDF shared a video showing weapons inside Gaza's Al Shifa Hospital, claiming that Hamas systematically uses hospitals for its military operations, which violates international law. Furthermore, IDF units discovered and eliminated weapons and equipment belonging to Hamas in various locations in Gaza City, including diving gear, firearms, explosive devices, and other weaponry.

Among the discoveries were suicide vests, various explosive devices, rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs), anti-tank missiles, and intelligence documents. These findings underscored the ongoing efforts by the IDF to neutralize Hamas's military capabilities and prevent further terrorist activities within the region.

The Israel Defense Forces previously released a video that showed weaponry inside the Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza. Israel Defence Forces (IDF) Lt Col Jonathan Conricus gave a tour of the MRI facility at Al-Shifa Hospital in the video that was uploaded on X.

He stated, "We're inside the Shifa Hospital's MRI center," in the video. We have evacuated the area and ensured its safety after Israeli troops broke through here a few hours ago. A handful of the more intriguing things we have discovered unequivocally and unequivocally demonstrated that Hamas routinely violates international law when conducting military operations by using hospitals. It is, in my opinion, merely the beginning."
