The application process of  Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) OPENMAT MBA, B.Ed. 2021 Examination has been extended. The university released an official notice stating the extension in the application process on its website.

Eligible, interested candidates can now apply till 25 March 2021. The registration process earlier was scheduled to be closed on March 20. Candidates can apply by visiting their official website ignou.ac.in The IGNOU OPENMAT MBA, B.Ed exam 2021 will be held computer-based test. 

Visit the official website ignou.ac.in --  Click on the registrations option -- A new window will pop up, fill in your details. -- Save and download your application for future use.

The IGNOU OPENMAT 2021 is a two-hour entrance exam for admission to B.Ed that will be conducted on April 11 from 10 am to 12 pm. For OPENMAT MBA exam 2021 the exam will be held on the same date but at a different shift that is 2 pm to 5 pm.

Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU OPENMAT 2021: Any graduate (including Chartered Accountancy/Cost Accountancy/Company Secretaryship) with 50  percent marks can apply.  For reserved category candidates, the minimum marks required are 45 percent.

For B.Ed admissions,  Candidates must have at least 50  percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/commerce/humanity.

 Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 percent marks or any other qualification equivalent and those with NCTE recognition and trained in-service teachers in elementary school can apply too. For reserved category candidates, there is a relaxation of minimum marks by 5 percent.
