Indore: More than one thousand film stars can act in the IIFA Award function. About 1 thousand rooms have been booked in 6 hotels of the city for artists to stay. Rooms have been booked at the Hotel Sayaji, Marriott, Radisson, Effotel, Fairfield and Brilliant Convention Centers from and around Wizcraft. All of these hotels have been booked for 314 rooms at Sayaji and Ifotel, 318 rooms at Marriott and Fairfield, 200 rooms at Radisson and 104 at the Brilliant Convention Center. All these celebrities will arrive at the venue Daily College via BRTS. Earlier, the celebrity aircraft coming from the special aircraft will be parked at the Indore Airport and at the Bhopal and Ahmedabad Airport, when space is low.

A heritage walk will be organized by the Tourism Department at IIFA Awards on 28 and 29 March at Rajbada and Chhatris.
