Educational Qualifications:
Candidates applying for the post of Financial Advisor-cum-Chief Accounts Officer (FA-cum-CAO) must have an ACA or AICWA or MBA (Finance) or M.Com. The candidate also should have 10 years working experience. On the other hand, for GM (MDP) posts, the candidate should have work experience of more than 15 years with a PG degree from any recognized university. Candidates applying for the posts of Research Associate, Research Assistant, and Field Investigator should have a PG degree in Social Sciences and knowledge of computer application software, etc. Candidates applying on all these should have good knowledge of Hindi and English language and understanding of the rural and agricultural environment.
