Ileana D'Cruz has bern dating Andrew Kneebone for long time. They have been together for five years and are totally in love for each other.

Recently during aninterview Ileana was asked about how Andrew makes her feel secure, to this she said, "I give him massive credit for it. I think it is about being anchored. We rely on our partners, but if we're not stable within, we crumble in our relationships too. In every relationship, you are allowed those vulnerable moments but somewhere, you have to be strong. I should give a lot more credit to Andrew for the stability he has brought into my life. It's been five years now. He has that faith in me. For someone like me, who found it hard to accept herself, to get that kind of love and care from her partner, is amazing. You feel you can conquer the world. When you meet such people in life, you don't want to let them go."

While talking about the necessity of marriage for a strong relationship, she said, "Nope. I think marriage is beautiful but I have mixed feelings about it. Marriage is great for some, it makes them better people. For me, commitment doesn't have to be marriage. It stems from the fact that I have a Westernised world view. I don't understand why people think that you are only serious about someone if you marry them. You could be committed even in a live-in. Devotion to a partner has no connection with some legal documents. Marriage isn't important for me. It's just a social announcement where we splurge on feeding a lot of people. Also, once married, an actress is not considered for lead roles. Her desirability is compromised. I don't understand that mindset and wish it wasn't the case because talent has nothing to do with marital status."
