IMD issued Thunderstorm warning for several district in Hyderabad

From last two days Telangana was suffering from the scorching sun heat. But now its seems a drop in temperature due to pre-monsoon activities. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) , Hyderabad has issued a thunderstorm warning for several districts from April 11 to 14.

Here it is to be noted that these warning has been issued for districts including Hyderabad, Rangareddy Medchal-Malkajgiri, Adilabad, Kumram Bheem-Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Jagtial, Pedapalli, Karimnagar, Rajanna-Siricilla, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Sangareddy, Medak, Vikarabad, Narayanpet, Mahabubnagar, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Wanaparthy will receive light to moderate rains for the next four days. Some parts of the State may also witness hailstorms.

Here it is needed to share that Dr K Nagaratna, Director, IMD-Hyderabad, said a cyclonic circulation persists over Chhattisgarh and neighbouring States. A north-south trough is also running from north interior Karnataka to interior Tamil Nadu due to which a few districts of Telangana may receive heavy rainfall for a few days. Earlier, on April 8, the Telangana State Development Planning Society had recorded light rains of up to 2.2 mm in Sangareddy.
