Meteorologists have said that the cyclone has pushed the monsoon forward. There is also a possibility of rain in Delhi-NCR till October 10. Due to the storm Noru in the China Sea, there is a low-pressure area and cyclonic winds in the Bay of Bengal, due to which there is rain. The trend is likely to continue till mid-October. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert for rain in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, UP, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura, including Delhi-NCR.
