According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast, the weather in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh will see fluctuations today (Friday).  According to the Met department, the country's capital Delhi will be partly cloudy throughout the day on Friday. There may also be light rain. This is expected to bring down the temperature somewhat and relieve the heat. According to the Met. department, the minimum temperature in Delhi is likely to be 20 degrees Celsius on April 23 while the maximum temperature is likely to be 35 degrees Celsius.

According to the Met department, light to moderate rain is likely to occur in many parts of Punjab-Haryana and Uttar Pradesh on Friday. The Met department is likely to receive light rain at several places including Rohtak, Jhajjar, Sonepat, Gurugram, Shamli, Khatoli, Muzaffarnagar, Deoband, Baghpat, Saharanpur, Bahadurgarh in the next few hours.
