Tulsi and Pepper Brew:-
Ingredients- 2 cups water, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper (coarsely ground), 1 tsp crushed ginger, 1 tsp desi ghee, 1 or 2 cloves, 2-4 tulsi leaves.
Method:- Heat Ghee in a pan first to make a quath. Add cloves, pepper, ginger and Tulsi and fry lightly. Then add water and sugar to it. Cook the mixture on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the gas after the stipulated time. Strain the prepared quath into a cup and drink it hot.
