New Delhi: Some State Bank of India customers will face problems using special services tomorrow, July 17. In fact, some of the services of the country's largest lender are again under maintenance. However, the bank has to say that it will not affect all customers. This time only NRI services will be affected. SBI tweeted that the bank's NRI services will not operate between December 15 and 17, 2020 through missed calls and SMS due to maintenance activity.

The same SBI tweeted regret for the problems faced by customers. At the same time, customers have been asked to use other digital platforms of the bank. SBI says maintenance work is being done to strengthen services to provide an unhindered banking experience to customers. Tell you that the Yono SBI app service came to a standstill in the first week of December.

That is what caused a lot of problems to the customers. There were constant complaints from customers on the bank's Twitter handle. The bank had said the mobile app was affected due to a system outage. SBI had earlier upgraded its internet banking platform on November 22. As a result, the bank had already informed customers about some problems in using internet banking, YONO, YONO Lite.
