Anila Kharbanda, an actress, announced their engagement on April 10. In Kashmir, On July 8, the couple got married. Anila says that it was one of the highlights of her life. Anila describes her wedding as being spectacular and beautiful: "I made an entry as a bride on a shikara (boat). The wedding day was remarkable, despite the chaos that existed before it.
