As we all know that serious allegation was made by two of farmers against Health Minister Eatala Rajender  to illegally land acquisition. Now on Friday, E Rajendra came forward and declared that he was ready to face any inquiry either by the CBI or a sitting Judge of the High Court into the allegations of land encroachment levelled against him.

For your information let us share here that E Rajendra also urged Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao to also issue orders for an inquiry by a sitting Judge of the High Court to ascertain the facts behind the allegations. Let us share that CM KCR has ordered for two simultaneous investigations by the Chief Secretary and also the Vigilance DGP without any delay.

In this regard, E Rajendra said he had legally purchased nearly 47 acres in Masaipet mandal and also approached the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) for allotment of land for expansion of his poultry farms. He also admitted to have suggested to the locals to handover their assigned lands to the government, so that he could get those lands allotted to him through the TSIIC and also promised some monetary help to the assignees. Rajender made it clear that he had purchased about 40 acres in Achampally and Hakimpet villages to establish a modern hatchery in 2016. Later, he purchased another 7 acres as part of expansion and also obtained Rs 100 crore loan from a bank for the purpose.
